Personal Care Products Provided: Fragrance Free shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap & epsom salts.
Mattress: Memory foam mattress
Linen Details: We use brushed microfiber polyester sheets.
Flooring: Solid Hardwood, Tile
Pots & Pans Details: We offer mostly Stainless Steel but also provide a couple Cast Iron pans as well.
Water Details: The fridge water is filtered with a HydroVive filter. The rest of the water is unfiltered.
EMFs
No Bluetooth Appliances
Our record player has bluetooth capability, our thermostat is smart so that we can manage it from a distance & we have wifi. Otherwise, The Lodge is not a ''smart'' house.
Mold
We are very mold aware & conscious. We've had a few leaks in the last few years but we ensure it's dried within 24 hours to prevent mold growth & work quickly to have it fixed. We also have someone walk the inside of The Lodge weekly to make sure there are no leaks.
We spent a few days here during my kids' spring break. The location within Carlton Landing is perfect- a golf cart wasn't necessary. The photos don't do the house justice. It feels bigger in person than it looked online! It is incredibly well-stocked with games and kitchen supplies. It felt more like a clean, comfortable home than an impersonal hotel.
