When we collect personal information on Havenwith, certain additional disclosures that are specific to the context of our collection and use of the information being collected (e.g. a registration page), may be provided to you. For the avoidance of any doubt, we will adhere to those commitments and any such additional privacy policy statements are hereby incorporated into this Privacy Statement.
If you have any questions about the data practices of a Havenwith Client that uses Havenwith Services to process your personal information, please contact the Havenwith Client directly. To reach out to your property host, simply look up your property listing on Havenwith – first choose your city and you’ll then have the option to perform a search by property name. Once you’ve found your property listing, you will see helpful information that you can use to contact your host.
Websites Not Covered
This Privacy Statement does not apply to personal information collected by Havenwith Clients using Havenwith Services. If you submitted personal information to a Havenwith Client-controlled website or application (e.g. property branded Havenwith resident portals) and you wish to exercise any rights you may have to access, correct, amend, or delete such data, please inquire with the Havenwith Client directly.
Personal Information We Collect About You
When you visit our Site, fill out forms on our Site, sign up for our newsletter, search for information via the Site’s search features, purchase a subscription, book a property, communicate with us via contact forms, or otherwise register, comment, post, or view our Site through your browser's cookies, we collect and process this data. We use this information to improve our overall performance, effectively deliver our services and content, and provide you with offers, promotions, and information.

Havenwith is not responsible for any information or personal information you choose to submit in these public forums.
Havenwith may post a list of clients and testimonials on Havenwith Sites that contain information such as client names and titles. In such cases, Havenwith obtains the consent of each such person prior to posting any information on such a list or posting testimonials.
Why We Collect Your Information
We collect your information to record and support your participation in the activities you select, such as signing up for our newsletter or purchasing our products or experiences. We use this information to track your preferences and keep you informed about the products and services you have opted to receive. Company securely stores your data within Stripe and HaleTale for as long as necessary for business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. Privacy Laws of Other Territories
This Privacy Statement is made under the privacy laws of other territories not described above, to the extent they are applicable.
Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
The Site is intended for those over 18 years of age. Therefore, it is unlikely that children 17 or under 17 will use the Site. Rights of Individuals
Rectifying Personal Information Submitted on Havenwith Sites

Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
Visitors who wish to correct, update, change, or erase the personal information they submit on certain Havenwith Sites should be able to go back to the applicable registration page or web form to edit their user or organization record. However, some of the information voluntarily submitted that is not personal information, such as a response to a poll or a survey, is typically aggregated and thus not correctable, updatable, changeable, or erasable. Data Retention
Havenwith retains the personal information we receive on the Havenwith Sites for the duration of your relationship with Havenwith, and where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements, to enforce our agreements or comply with our legal obligations). Retention periods may be extended if we are required to preserve your personal information because of litigation, investigations and other similar proceedings, or if a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law.
