Are all of the listings nontoxic?

All of our listings are required to meet 3 minimum requirements – they must be fragrance-free, use only approved cleaning supplies, and launder all linens in approved detergents. Please carefully read the listing before booking and confirm any unknown details with the host to determine if it meets your personal needs. Everyone is different, what is nontoxic for me might be toxic for someone else.

What are the requirements to be a host?

To be a host, you must meet our 3 minimum requirements: your property should be fragrance-free, use only approved cleaning supplies, and launder all linens in approved detergents. Interested in becoming a host but not sure where to start? We can help! Send us an email at host@havenwith.com.

What cleaning supplies are allowed?

We allow products that are EWG Verified® and/or Made Safe Certified®. We understand that earning such certifications might be cost-prohibitive for smaller brands. On a case-by-case basis, we will analyze the ingredient lists (using the EWG database) for smaller brands before allowing their use. The brand can be submitted by a host or brand for consideration. Properties are required to share the brand(s) in use on their listing.

What laundry detergents are allowed?

There are no listings for my desired destination. What should I do?

If you are a paid subscriber, submit your desired location to our team at guest@havenwith.com. We will do our best to find a property that meets our minimum criteria. Please allow ample time for us to research and contact properties on your behalf.

The listing I stayed at was not accurate. Who should I contact to file a report?

Mistakes happen. It is possible a previous guest or new cleaner left or changed something unbeknownst to the host. Please kindly reach out to the host immediately via the platform that you booked their property. We want to keep this community a positive experience for everyone and we are all doing our best. If the issue is not resolved, please reach out to our team so we can conduct a proper investigation. Include photos, if possible, and a description of the issue.

Do I need an account to view listings?

No, you do not need an account to browse our homes.
