PET POLICY
Ciao Bella is a pet-free home. We love animals, however to protect our guests with allergies and maintain the home’s pristine condition, no pets are permitted. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fee and may result in immediate removal from the property.
NO SMOKING
This is a strictly non-smoking property — indoors and outdoors. Violations will result in a $500 fee.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Ciao Bella is a private residential home. Unauthorized gatherings, parties, or events beyond the registered guest count are not permitted.
REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY
Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. We ask that you be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced.
This home is spacious and beautifully decorated! There are 2 screened in porches with comfortable and stylish furniture. It’s on a quiet, gated street with perfectly manicured yards. The house is well-stocked with everything you need. The golf cart was really fun and looked brand new! The owners were very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!
