I love cooking and this kitchen is well stocked. Feel free to use spices and oils and make use of it while you’re here. The sink is equipped with a reverse osmosis and remineralization filter system.

Central heat & AC controlled by best thermostat and a fan above the bed. I can control the thermostat (google nest) with my phone so if it's consistently hot or cold for you, I can readjust the schedule. You can control it directly on the wall as well.
The office is in the bedroom in a nook across from the bed. Walk-closet with washer and dryer connected to the closet. Living Room is large and airy with a skylight.
Bathroom is small and has a shower with a tub and plenty of storage in the cabinets or on shelves above the toilet.

Austin is great, and the neighborhood I live in is sometimes called ''the most like old Austin'' remaining. It's a cute neighborhood where everyone walks, bikes, runs. A mix of older refurbished homes, older homes, and new builds. My condo is in a 1968 complex of 15 units with a pool in the middle. I've been told it's Melrose place vibes. There's plenty of restaurants nearby, one of the best mindfulness/yoga studios in town in walking distance, and some historic things like Ginny's Little Longhorn where you can go 2stepping and play chicken shit bingo. There's also some other amazing shops like Voodoo donut, ToyJoy, and cute coffee shops like Monkeynest and Brentwood Social House. There's also a bus that comes right on the street, so it's easy to get to downtown Austin if you're visiting without a car.

Meredith's place is great! It's beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. And it has everything you could need. I especially loved the full kitchen, and the nice work space. The location was perfect for me. It's in a walk-able area with nearby restaurants and groceries. There's also a bus stop less than a block away, which was so convenient. Meredith was very considerate and communicative. I absolutely loved my stay!
