Kitchen/Dining: A full working kitchen with a gas stove and oven, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. and an under cabinet refrigerator. There is a cafe table with 2 chairs overlooks the courtyard.
Parking: Off street parking for 1 vehicle. EV charging available for $5/night extra charge, not a quick charger, request use from host know in advance.
Pet-friendly: Welcoming dogs only, one pet total. Written approval from Owner required.
Rental Agreement: Full payment and a signed lease are required. Your signed lease must be received within 24 hours of booking. Tenants pay all payment fees to be deducted from the damage deposit.
Short and long term stays are available. Weekly rates apply to stays of 7 nights or more. Monthly rates apply to stays of 30 consecutive nights or more. Rates and amenities are subject to change without notice, please inquire prior to making a reservation.
A 3 night minimum stay is required except during holidays when a 5 night minimum stay is required. Please contact the owner for more information.

A truly wonderful spot to say tucked into nature yet close to town. Will definitely stay here again.
