Water details: We use the IonFaucent Three Stage Filter System. It removes all of the nasties in the water like chlorine, fluoride, fire retardant, pharmaceuticals, and much more.

We use Bluetooth devices in the home. We have an iPad mounted on the wall to operate the pool and a security system that runs all of the time. We have exterior cameras that also run on Wifi. We have a microwave but we do not leave it plugged in. It lives in the cabinet and when someone wants to use it, they have to take it out and plug it in. We have a Smart Meter.

CHECK-IN/OUT
Check-in after 3pm and check-out before Noon.
GENERAL
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper in any of the toilets. No fires in the fireplace. Please rinse dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. In case of power outage, there are battery powered lanterns on the bottom shelf of the pantry cabinet. The fire extinguisher is under the kitchen sink if necessary.
PET POLICY
All pets must be disclosed at booking, even service animals. We allow dogs. Unfortunately, no cats. Please clean up after your pets before you leave. There is a galvanized bin on the side of the house for poop bags. On Monday and Thursday mornings the pool cleaners come by at around 7:30AM. If you have pets please bring them inside.
NO SMOKING
This is a strictly non-smoking (or vaping) property, indoors and outdoors.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Unauthorized gatherings, parties, or events beyond the registered guest count are not permitted.
REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY
Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Outdoor noise curfew in Palm Springs is 10PM. Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced.
POOL + SPA
Turn off the jacuzzi when not in use.
No Diving into the pool. The deep end is 5 feet deep, and it is very shallow. Please do not heat the pool above 85 degrees. Be careful around the pipe water feature in the jacuzzi. Please put the umbrellas down when you are not using them. Do not leave pets or children unattended outside by the pool.
WILDLIFE
Our home is also home to plenty of wildlife at night. We get raccoons, skunks, cats, and more. Please do not leave food out around the pool overnight. Also, keep your pets inside at night and do not leave any doors open unless you want an uninvited furry guest hanging out.
OUTDOORS
Step outside to your private oasis, where relaxation awaits. Our sparkling pool and spa offer the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. Lounge on all teak outdoor furniture, meditate by the pool, or take a dip to cool off. The tranquil garden, with native plants and flowers, enhances the sense of peace and relaxation. Eat dinner under the magnificent eucalyptus tree wrapped with magical string lights to cast a glow on the night.
BEDROOMS
Our main bedroom features a king bed with linen sheets. Two doors open onto the sprawling yard. The minimalist decor and natural materials create a soothing ambiance. The second bedroom features a queen bed, linen sheets and wall lamps on either side of the bed. Each bedroom has their own large closet.
LIVING AREA
The living space is a haven of tranquility. Large windows flood the room with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Fast Wi-Fi ensures you can stay connected, whether you're working remotely or streaming your favorite shows. A 55'' TV is available for anyone who wants to curl up and watch a film.

Our fully equipped kitchen is a delight for those who enjoy healthy cooking. Featuring non-toxic cookware and a variety of organic spices, you'll have everything you need to prepare delicious meals. A lovely rain shower helps to wind down after a busy day. All natural shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided. A steamer and hair dryer are available under the sink for anyone who wants to spend the extra effort.
