PET POLICY
Ciao Bella is a pet-free home. We love animals, however to protect our guests with allergies and maintain the home’s pristine condition, no pets are permitted. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fee and may result in immediate removal from the property.
NO SMOKING
This is a strictly non-smoking property —indoors and outdoors. Violations will result in a $500 fee.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Ciao Bella is a private residential home. Unauthorized gatherings, parties, or events beyond the registered guest count are not permitted.
REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY
Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. We ask that you be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced.

Amy’s place is magical! Our family of seven adults, a toddler and baby felt right at home. The outdoor spaces are next level, super well equipped kitchen, amazing mattresses. Amy is a superb host who went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect stay. We can highly recommend and hope to stay on future Sedona visits.
