The space is all on the second level with lots of windows and natural light giving the feeling of being in a treehouse. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a loft with a full size bed that is accessed by a ladder. Best for a max 4 adults. This home was built to the highest standards with in-floor radiant heat (no HVAC), non-toxic paint, Stuga wood floors, a Medley Home latex couch, 100% wool rugs, organic mattresses, organic linens, air filters, and non-toxic cookware.

This is our primary home and it means a lot to us. We designed it, built it, and have grown our family here. The house sits on half an acre that is quiet and peaceful, yet only a mile to town and the gondola. In the winter, 4WD is highly encouraged to navigate the roads in our neighborhood. There is a large area for parking at the top of the driveway and a carport for parking 1 vehicle. One singe garage has a peloton, trampoline & weights with plenty of additional room to store your gear.
The ground floor entry has a large mudroom with a floating bench. Laundry is also on this level. The second garage and a closet is not accessible to guests. Upstairs are the kitchen, living, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The small loft has a full size bed and workspace.
