Essential oils
For pest control, essential oils are used inside the home twice yearly. The last spraying was in April. This is a humid, coastal area prone to bugs and a natural alternative is necessary. Please let the host know if you do see any bugs or pests.
No other essential oils are used in this home or products. The homeowner is extremely sensitive to fragrance.

Hand soap: Soapply is available at every sink.
Linens: Under the Canopy organic cotton sheets, PureDown cotton/linen blend duvet covers with organic cotton down insert, Under the Canopy organic cotton towels that dry quickly to prevent mold.
Mattresses: Avocado organic mattresses
Flooring: Solid Hardwood, Tile
Pots & pans: Stainless Steel 18/10 pot and pans, a Caraway Home baking sheet + small muffin tin.
Supplies: Plant Paper toilet paper and Reel paper towels are provided. Branch Basics spray and concentrate is available under the kitchen sink. At the kitchen sink there is AspenClean fragrance-free dish soap is in the glass pump and Branch Basics foaming wash in a marked bottle. Branch Basics dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent is available for your use during your stay.
Air filters: Each bedroom has a Jaspr and there is an Air Doctor in the living space. They are set to auto, if the air quality drops they will react accordingly.
Water details: We provide an AquaTru carafe filter for drinking water, there is an additional pitcher that we keep in the fridge so you can make enough for drinking and cooking. Use only cold water to fill the tank.
EMFs
This home was built in 1983. The TV and doorbell are bluetooth and connected to the wifi. No microwave.
Mold
Our property is located in a humid area of the country. This home is new to us and we are still learning it and have yet to experience it in all of the seasons. To prevent mold, we have a Jaspr in each bedroom and an Air Doctor upstairs in the living space. The home was tested for mold as part of the home inspection and did pass. If you have a severe issue with mold, this area is likely not the place for you.
Please run the fan for 2+ hours after showering or bathing. Do not leave any wet clothes or towels on the floor. Immediately clean up and dry any spills and alert us of any issues you might see.

Seabrook Island is new to us, but quickly has become a special place to spend time and gather with our families. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Sova Sea is the perfect escape. We love it here and think you will too. The living space is on the top floor to take advantage of the expansive marsh and ocean views. Two bedrooms are on the first floor, each with their own ensuite bathroom. A garage and storage closet is on the ground floor.
Enjoy resort style amenities within the community. Private beaches exclusively for residents and guests. Three pools for you to choose from – our townhouse pool a short walk away, the beach club oceanside pool with a full restaurant, poolside bar, snack bar, kids' pool, beach seating on the sand, and resort towels, or the Lake house pool with an outdoor play area, soccer goal, and basketball court. The Lakehouse also has a full gym and indoor pool to use for $15/person.
