NO SMOKING: This is a strictly non-smoking (or vaping) property, indoors and outdoors.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Unauthorized gatherings, parties, or events beyond the registered guest count are not permitted.
REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Quiet time s is 10PM-7AM. Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced.
WILDLIFE: Our home is also home to plenty of wildlife at night. Please do not leave food out.
Park City, Utah is one of those rare places that is beautiful no matter the season. In winter, we are across the street from one of the best ski resorts in the country, Park City Mountain, with terrain that draws everyone from first-time skiers to backcountry veterans. Come summer and fall, the same mountains open up for hiking, mountain biking, and some of the best fly fishing in the state, while historic Main Street, a former silver-mining strip now lined with galleries, restaurants, and shops, keeps its charm year-round. Add in a world-class food scene, easy access from Salt Lake City, and a laid-back mountain-town energy that never quite feels touristy, and it's easy to see why Park City has become a favorite for travelers looking to unplug without giving up good food or good views.
This condo was perfectly located for a day on the slopes…it literally was a five minute walk to First Time and I’m not a fast walker. Matt was responsive, helpful, and proactive in dealing with situations out of his control. The living area was comfortable with nice touches such as board games, cards, and movies. Other niceties like fluffy bath towels and staple spices made it feel like a home away from home.
